It's so helpful tor tracking activity and points. I like being able to scan instead of entering information manually. I've entered several of my own recipes and it's easy to modify and save the weight watchers recipes. Having a graph to show my progress is a bonus. I also appreciate the ability to track activity and water intake. I sign in several times a day and I think that keeps me on track.

You won't be disappointed. Excellent app for losing weight. Really not a diet because you can eat the things you love but you learn moderation. You learn to make better food choices. The app is soo easy. And all the extras like fitness classes, syncing with your smart watch and tracking your sleep patterns are great.

Sometimes the app just clocks when I'm out shopping and trying to scan barcodes while I seem to have good coverage and other apps are working fine. Otherwise it's a pretty good app. Update 11/24/22 - I don't like the update that took away the ability to add points to your daily allowed total. Despite that and the coverage issue I mentioned above, I do really like the app as I get more used to it. WW seems to be better than keto for me. Down 10+ lbs in a month!
