Easy enough It's pretty simple but I wish I could just click on the meal I'm adding food to instead of having to scroll up, search foods, then select the meal time. Also, it doesn't show nutrition values, which I understand its point based, not calorie based, but i would still like to see that info. Other than that it's been fairly simple to use. It has a ton of foods in the search so it's super easy and quick to track what I'm eating.
Almost perfect I really love this app, especially Connect! I've never been successful with WW online-only in the past, but Connect has changed that! It's great for support, motivation, recipes, ideas, you name it! Just a couple suggestions to improve the app - push notifications from Connect; take you directly to a comment you've been "mentioned" in; and add a way to send my recipes to another member (not via email, but so that it actually shows up in their recipe list with the SPs.)
How many people born today are joining Weight Watchers? Tried to set up an account. They want your birthdate but the only way to put it in is to hit the back button until it gets to your year and month. Did this 69 times, hit set and voila, it still said today's date. When you hit continue, you get a message that says they can't help you!! So much for a "great help".
Activities being tracked with fitbit are being synced twice. I have taken 6000 steps so far today with a pilates workout. I have received 6 fitpoints for the steps and an additional 5 for my 33 minute pilates workout which some of the steps were from that workout so now I've been given double the points. This needs to be corrected and I've read it's been an issue for a while!
Didn't experience other people's issues great app The redesign and improved database make many things easier, quicker and more intuitive. As a returning user after a 2 year break I like what they've done. It isn't perfect and some navigations in the user experience feel contrived and non intuitive but not quite enough to drop the 5th star.
Great app!! Helps a lot, but... No way to track half portions. Ex. Went out to dinner and in order to stay within points scale only ate half of meal, yet had to use whole point value which put me over on points for the week. Please fix. Love it though. Only on it 3 weeks, have lost 9 lbs!!!
