The app is nice for getting in touch with our "medical assistant". It seems to be designed for elderly patients but we are using it for pediatric services. The daily tasks are annoying because they don't really apply to us. It would be nice if there was an age of patient option that would change what info you receive, even if that means pediatric patients don't get hardly anything. But as I said, it looks like it would be really nice for tech savvy for mid-aged or elderly patients.

Update. Wellframe support was able to connect my account appropriately with my provider in an efficient manner. Thank you. // Now, I will update this review again later, after I've had ample time to experience it properly. From what I've been able to access so far, I can see that it has great potential. I look forward to a much better health-management experience.
