So far so good! Downloaded the app yesterday and decided to give the full- access trial a go today. I'm finding the Exercises very helpful with framing my issues/goals so that I can find tangible ways to tackle them. App UI is pleasant, but a bit simple at this stage (though the app is young, so hopefully updates can improve this). Would like to see animations/customization and better handling of goal & journal data (graphs, ability to add photos/mood, etc). Excited to see where this app goes!

This is a handy app to help keep you on track and pushing forward. There is lots of beneficial information for whatever you may be going through or struggling with, is well organized, and I love that there's audio and text for everything so no matter what you're doing, you can still follow along. It also has a martial arts belt system as you progress, which I think is pretty cool. For me, it acts as a journal, helping to get things out of my head and onto something that I can read and analyze.

Wellscape has helped me maintain balance in my life during some very stressful, fast-paced times. The notifications reminding me how to stay on track with my physical and mental health are super helpful, but it goes much deeper than that. With Wellscape I feel like I have a voluminous resource at hand to delve into so many different aspects of improving myself. I've been using the app for a few weeks now yet have barely scratched the surface...I'm excited to see how far I can take this!
