The first evidence-based Parkinson’s fitness program you can do at home!
Wellthon is building a digital health platform to help older adults and people with physical challenges live their best life. Users receive a fitness tracker and streaming device so they can follow a personalized exercise program that adapts with them, streamed to their TV.
Exercise is a powerful way to fight Parkinson's. Research shows you should work out at the highest intensity you can manage for at least 30 minutes, 4-5 times per week.
But many people can’t reach that goal. If you aren’t already fit, you may need to work up to more intense workouts. If you depend on group fitness, live classes may not be offered nearby, often enough, or at convenient times.
That’s why we developed the Wellthon app. Workouts adapt with you, so you’re always safe and challenged, never bored. And you can workout at home, whenever you like!
✓ Exercises designed specifically to reverse symptoms of Parkinson’s
✓ Gain confidence, manage symptoms and maintain greater independence

✓ Work out at home whenever it’s convenient, as often as you like
