Ratings and reviews

When it works, I love it. The rewards and deals are great. However, it seems this app doesn't want to work moat of the time. When you go in to look at your cart and finish the transaction, it freezes up and says "an error has occured" and you cant continue. Nothing has fixed it. Reinstalling. Clearing cache and data. Nothing. Same issue. If it could be fixed and actually stay fixed, it would be a decent app

Ditto to all the other reviews. If it worked, it would be great. One of the best rewards programs in fast food. But it is CONSTANTLY broken. Also you can't split payment between gift card balance and credit card, and you can only add to gift card in $10 increments. Which means you WILL be left with balances on your gift card you can't use, because it has to cover the whole order. This should be illegal. Edit: lowering rating due to apparently now blocking VPNs (on top of above issues)

This app doesn't allow people to order water or specify no ice in drinks, etc. Just over all, not enough customization. Update: I love the food, but this app... It constantly has errors. Asks you to sign in, and when you do, it goes right back to the sign in screen. When ordering after everything is set, it gives an error occurred try again message. Very frustrating.
