Ratings and reviews

Everytime I use this app I have an issue. Usually with deals/rewards not loading or not working properly. I've lost out on quite a bit if rewards by redeeming at the local store then the app telling me I don't have that reward to use....after taking my points. Today I go to Wendy's and try to load some deals as I was doing a large order. Well my deals/rewards section won't load. Even reinstalled the app to see if that helped....nope 7 minutes later it just doesn't load. It happens too often.

I ordered something on August 8th. That was the last day this app worked correctly. It's stuck on that order like it is still waiting for me to pick it up - even though I did, not long after I ordered the food. I deleted and redownload the app twice. I cleared the cache for the app in my phone. I checked for updates. The problem still persists.
