Wendys app is awesome when it actually wants to work. Everytime they do an update, it stops working for a day or two. When working though, it saves you a lot, and earn a good amount of points. But for the simple fact that I spent points towards something today, after the update, and the app would not let me put in mobile order, I have to give it low stars. If it worked perfectly fine when updated, easily a 5 star.

I read some of the recent reviews about the app not working after an update and I have had the same problem at least four times in the last year when I am trying to place an order or get reward points. VERY FRUSTRATING! I would give it 5 stars if it worked all the time but until this stops happening I can only give it 3 stars.

For the most part, the app is pretty good. You can order and customize it as you wish. But if you forget to scan your rewards when you order in store...let's say I can never get those points back. It took me a while but found the form to manually submit points but it is faulty. It doesn't let me 'upload picture' so I can't even complete it. So many lost points. I've had this issue for months so it's not just a 1 time thing...I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
