This is the worst app i have ever dealt with.. I am seriously considering pulling my money out of this bank and going with someone that has an app that you can do your banking on. This app is constantly down, out of the blue it doesn't recognize my fingerprint or my log on info.. The bank itself is closed on the weekends and they do not have anyone you can call if there is a problem. You just have to wait. When it comes to my money, i don't want to wait for a problem to be fixed!

Having huge problema even opening the app. When the directions for the application not opening pop up they arent up long enough to read them or to follow them. So unable to get into the application. Tried to call and ask for help, no one able to assist when I called. It must have been a busy time. Only tried calling once.

Not sure what exactly the problem is sometimes but I cannot access this App to make a deposit. My Internet on my phone works but the App sometimes doesn't connect. I also have plenty of free space on my phone which the App indicates could be the problem.. the App suggests that I try again later.. and it usually works later.
