This app is terrible. It made me change my password about 6 times after locking me out of my account each time I changed the password. It also freezes anytime I try to login now that the password issue is fixed. I can only look at my acct info 1 out of 15 times of trying to login into my acct. This app needs serious work. The western federal app worked so much better and I wish they would bring that one back instead.
Most Annoying and Useless App Award Congratulations, this app wins the Darwin award of bank apps. Crashes when choosing the option to register device, must verify device with every login. Seriously makes me want to change banks for one with a more user friendly mobile banking process.
I cannot see that it installed. My device was not in the drop down list. Anyway. Said after i installed that it was installed but i cannot see icon. Still see old western icon. Oh well. I will have to call. Should give more explanations. 1. Why google or apple to start. I used my google account. Anyway. I am little frustrated. So will continue later. Have to go...
Needs to be fixed Original post 09/2016...This app sucks! I can never log on. Y'all need to do better. **Update** It's 10/13/16 and this app is still crap. We were forced to move from the Western app that was working just fine to this BS that half the time doesn't want to let us pay bills online and kicks us out regularly. Booooooo!
It's great for me (Android 6.0) I almost didn't download the app because of all the bad reviews, but maybe they fixed all the problems or maybe it is isolated to a specific device. I'm running Android 6.0 and it works great. Logged in on my first attempt without any problems, can navigate through the menus just fine and I was able to deposit 2 checks without any issues. It did not crash when taking pictures of the checks either. Given how bad the reviews were, I wasn't expecting much so the app actually exceeded my expectations. Haha.
Not Happy , Not Happy at all Loved the old Western Federal CU app quick , user friendly , great .Now after 20 + years with them I've have to consider looking for a better place to bank Bummer ... Not happy
