Old app no problems new app cannot do mobile deposits and some banking services. Makes me login twice every single time. kicks me out to the home screen to log back in after pressing random selection ! Fix this please! Fix fix fix!!!!!!!! Call customer service and was on the phone for a long time erased the app reloaded it went through the security process still having same problem did it again and again same problem fix your software!
The Capture screen to take pictures of the check for eDeposit gets dark and fuzzy every time after the first deposit is done. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I need to use eDeposit. It's not my camera's fault: my camera takes bright and crisp pictures. Please fix this. It's been like this for months.
I hope after uninstalling and reinstalling that I am able to open app! Very frustrating!
Love the credit union, hate the app. Slow to load if it loads at all. Fingerprint scanner never works. When you do log in you have to hit the back button to get to the menus
Haven't had any issues banking with the app other than everytime I need to login it makes me fill out my credentials twice back to back. Sometimes after putting in my credentials the up stays stuck on loading accounts.
Old app was great. No problems whatsoever. With this one ATM locator doesn't work at all and freezes... Few other issues
In this app update:
• Add a Payee is now enabled in ePay.
• eDeposit Screens have been updated.
• Touch ID enrollment now appears on the Login in page.
• Passcode ID enrollment now appears on the Login in page.
• Bug has been fixed on the Call Us button.
