Unfriendly user app. My account was transferred when CACu purchased my old CU. Everything was to be merged to the CACU but when I tried logging in, the verification code was never sent. So I tried more than 3x and it has disabled my account completely. Online support could only submit a ticket to get my account activated again, instead of being able to it themselves. I've been calling for 3 days to get this done and today 8/5 was first time the hold time wasn't half an hour or longer.

Forced to update, now it wont let me log in. Gets hung up every time! So frustrating! Update: Almost 2 weeks later and the problem is still there! this is beyond frustrating! for all the trouble it has caused, I am very close to switching banks. this is just not worth the hassle. Update 2: Bad news! The update did not fix my problem! I still cannot log on! I even restarted my phone after updating. How much longer am I going to have to deal with this? My husband was finally able to get on this

I Have been trying to log in for the last two days. Can't do it, The app says it's because of my connection but I have 5g and everything else is fine. My other banking apps have no problems. There is a chat bar that is constantly in the way when I do get logged in that covers up what I am trying to look at. It's really easy to accidentally touch when you don't want to. Very annoying.
