Very disappointing experience. The app promised money transfers within minutes, but after taking my money, it requested additional documents and delayed the transaction. Customer support was not helpful, and the refund process is complicated. I expected a much smoother and more transparent service. I will not be using this app again. please dont use this app

worst experience' I would recommend everyone to not use this service for international transfers. I made transfer on 26 June and it was supposed to be transferred within minutes now 5 days past and still waiting for money to be delivered.

Honestly, I had a terrible experience with this app. They declined my transaction without any explanation and held my money for a week! Their refund process is incredibly slow – it's been five days, and I'm still waiting. I really advise against using this app.
