Your payment for WU transfer could not be completed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If your account was already debited, kindly contact your bank for refund. i install this app thinking that i could save more time, and less hassle on sending money to may country. then this happend ☝️. now i need to contact the bank for my refund and during these time it is really hard to connect to the banks CS. It give me more things to do! very bad 1st time experience with this app! so Disappointed!

Horrible application! tried sending in different ways, via ENBD bank transfer twice and money deducted from my account and nothing happened. Contact centre request not to do it via the app and go to the store. You cannot do the request and come to pay at the store, can only be done via the website. Just waste of customer time and effort.

The app used to be amazing and I have used it regularly every month and more since the beggining. However now the exchange rate has changed dramatically and it continues to do so increasingly, becoming very costly. I understand you need to profit also, bug the huge increase of the cost while the rate remains the same in the market does not make it worthy anymore - the only benefit remaining is that you can do the transfer from home, but there is other options in the market offering this.
