Got an email from support team saying the issue with money transfer that got stuck after debiting my card not gone to the beneficiary will be resolved in 3 to 4 days. It's been 8 days now. All they respond is by reading a fabricated text " we have escalated it and our team is on it and it's a technical issue and will be settled soon". Isn't this ridiculous?? Why should we loose money and our time??

It's my first time using the app and I've been trying to transfer money for 3 days now but it's not working, it keeps saying "Transfer not completed". What kind of maintenance do you have when issue last for more than 3 days?!

This app is completely unusable. I kept getting error C9203 (receiver info error) no matter what I did. Guess what? If you go to the WU counter, they can retrieve exactly the same recipient info and remit the funds, no problem. The difference? It'll cost you 10% more in FX rates + $15 trx fee. Nah, I'll stick to using the banks.
