this app used to work perfectly! now they have some BS verification system. After using app for years, they now asked me to verify myself! I put in all the relevant info, including document proofs. All it said was thanks for verifying, and then when I tried to send money it took me thru the same Cr@P. still can't use app, have called customer "service," and have got no useful help all they say "so sorry" "is there anything else I can help you with" 😆 as if they helped me with my original prob!

Too unreliable. PayPal costs a bit more but when you need to send NOW it's never failed the way this just did. 24 hours for a technical support callback is unacceptable. Update: Tried again once again urgently needed to send and technical errors were not fixed in the 30 minutes promised. PayPal again, despite the extra $40 fees because WU can't handle urgent requests. One less star this time.

+ve: slightly better rate than other apps. -ve: high fees, terrible customer service & support, recurrent bad experiences, disappointed WU rewards points were discontinued. And again the response to this review, completely useless and redundant, deceiving the main point of the review with "rates can be seen on the website" already new and did not answer to any of the above. Terrible even for this 🤦🏻‍♂️
