Had a weird technical issue with my account, where the verification process was in a limbo (verified but couldn't start a new transaction because was still in process). Costumer service helped me sending the problem to an upper level technical team. After a day my account was fixed. Weird but I hope the devs managed to solve it for future users. (it was an account problem, not a platform or app problem). Works great now

Useless app. Try to login says "Account is from different country" and redirects me to login through the browser. Ok what's the app for then?

I can't reset my password. Last month I had the same problem. You sent a link but there is no instructions. This app is the worst. Today March 22nd, tried again,but this time I went to the office, but used the app to send money and I couldn't. Why? Because the app is awful. I spent almost 2 hours taking pictures of my id card and myself, but it didn't work. It asked me 20 times to take the pictures again and again and again. I really don't recommend the app or western union. It sucks.
