I used to send money using WU systematically, and one day it asked me to provide id, which I did, and it said it would take up to 30 minutes to process my transaction. 5 hours later, nothing, the transaction still on hold, no information from WU, no emails or calls. Customer support only kept copy pasting answers apologizing and sending me a phone number to call (while I couldn't use that option). Not using it anymore. Extremely poor service. Bye. Never again

Useless application, offers only cash payment, no online. If I would want to visit some WU branch, I don't need any application for that. And additionally it works only in a few countries.

Too bad, no sync with web, when logging and try to send it asks to go to the office in order to pay the money, unlike when using the online version you can pay by credit card.
