Complete garbage. I can't login to my already existing account because my password is "incorrect". When I try to reset it it says my new password cannot be the same as the old one. I try a totally fresh password and it says the same thing. Even if I could get in, it can't send money. You still have to go in store so what on Earth is it's purpose?? This must've been made a child for kicks. Reported to Google for false advertising

Wasn't able to login through the app so I deleted it, only giving me access online, based on comments seems I'm not the only one getting this problem and alot more but I think you guys should re-billed the app and make it more convenient within the comfort of your home as you said it would be, very disappoiting

I download this app thinking I could send money from my card to where ever, this was not the case. Western union lines are very long and time consuming, was really hoping this app would cut the process of me having to go in line to make payment. Very disappointing.
