The new app is slow, the process is very long and not practical, and it is not friendly use, struggling to find out how to transfer to a bank account. I prefer the previous version. the exchange rate is high comparing to market price, the WU transfer fee is really high.

it refuses to update my email address online. not via email either, then stopped replying my emails! it insists on going in person to the branch! so what's the point for online services?

Best Application for fastest transfers. UI is smooth and easy navigation is another additional advantage. The security features in this app is awesome. Is there a facility to receive money frkm India to Kuwait?
