The process as a whole sucks and there isn't enough space to write all here, but will share 3 major problems: 1- Verification is supposed to delay minutes and turns out it delays hours. 2- You have to try really hard and many times until you can actually send money. App gives random errors and at the end it worked only when address info was totally blank because it cannot validate a zip code properly. 3- Locations to pick up the money are incorrect. Lost a lot of time and money until finding one

During the verification call (after 2 days of trying) they told me the video wasn't available to take verification screenshots, and to call again. It's been impossible to call, it always gives "error with your call". This app is a joke.

I tried, and actually, I created different accounts. My vc can't be completed. Before, it was easier. This app is really unusless 😑
