While the old app was not the prettiest by any means it at least reliably worked. My favorite glitches that happen now are: crashes every time I remote deposit a check, crashes when I transfer balance, crashes if I switch between tabs and my personal favorite when the keypad to log in to my own bank account lags out and won't load! Before you could easily deposit a check, check you balance with one button and consistently log in. Now I can't do any of those things. Thanks Westerra!

Horrible app and update! Worst decision ever! All the accounts I had set up to transfer money too is gone. I have to set it all up again. Even though I did it, now it takes longer for the other recipient to get their money. The last app, my recipients were able to get there money asap, and same with me. It was so smooth and much easier. This so-called "digital banking" needs to go and bring back the old version! Never change things that aren't broken!

It's a new app. So it has kinks, obviously. I'm frustrated that it doesn't show where the purchase is from in transaction history for a lot of things though. It just says "debit withdrawal" and under that "uncategorized". I would appreciate if it gave a detailed history of where things were purchased from. I'm not going to remember every single purchase me and my husband make. Would love to have that fixed, if possible.
