Ratings and reviews

Quite useless - can't use it to search by type of store, only by store name. Directions to stores are confusingly presented (the ones on the touchscreens in Westfield are much better). Chatbot is very poor, it just parrots stock phrases that have little to do with what you asked. Does have decent info on accessibility, etc.

The app is not opening after the logo appearance. please fix it..

The app simply doesn't work, and the site doesn't show the card, so I cannot access my card...
