Cont log in or even call to get it reset since. Not even sure why I deal with this bank anymore after all the issues if been having lately with them. This horrible app is just another let down by Westfield bank
I never received the notice either about the merger and them resetting passwords. Whatever I called and got mine reset. BUT This new app is horrible. It's like Westfield Bank took steps backwards. You can't see pending transactions like you did in the old app. You can't see previous payments in Bill pay. So many things with this app that you can't do/see that you used to. If we didn't get such good service in the branch I would seriously consider changing banks to one that moves forward not backwards.
I loved this app until they did an update and made it so that you can no longer see you're pervious balances with your transactions. You can't accurately track your transactions without knowing what your balance was at the time.
Terrible app. The old Wesfield Bank worked great. This one does not work a lot of the time. Bring back the old app.
Says it cany read check even when its clear as day. Bc it doesnt work its completely useless to have an app bc i just have to go into the branch anyways.
I like the quick balance, but i haven't been able to log in for a week now. I've entered in my info correctly but it keeps telling me it can't verify my info.
