Can't sign in Typed everything in correctly and told me it couldn't verify my information and to call customer service. Called customer service and after being on hold for almost an hour and being told my estimated wait time was over an hour, I hung up. This is ridiculous. How are people supposed to pay bills and what not if they rely on online banking? Get off your asses and fix this.
0 stars This app really needs to be fixed. Been 3 days and I can't sign in to check my balance.... At 12:30 am when I get home from work I do not feel like going to an ATM to check my balance. This really needs to be fixed. I had no problems with the old app. Ever since I logged out I can't sign back in or even check my instant balance on the log in screen without an error
New version Loved the old app when I paid bills used to show money taken out on date specified. Now won't show money taken out of account till the business cashes the check. Also doesn't give dates for bills paid etc like the other version. Also slower to load, not as convenient.
Westfield Bank Communication Era App works fine, once you call, wait and find out they reset the passwords since the merger with Chicopee Savings. Never got the email even though they said they sent 4 or 6 (not even in spam).
New version is awful The more I use this app the more I dislike it. It no longer seems to show pending transactions (maybe im looking at it wrong but I dont see things untill the exact day they come out or go in. Used to see it as soon as it happened even if it hadn't technically been transacted yet). It no longer tells me how much my next payment on my line of credit is supposed to be. At this rate im going to delete the app and just use my PC when I get home.
Won't work It doesn't work. It wouldn't go past the WB orange screen. I don't even get to the login page. I can't stand having to constantly log in through the Internet when I'm too busy. I love the old app. I had no problems with it. Fix this issue asap.
