Ratings and reviews

extremely slow to use and as a result, it makes it very difficult to navigate. the early check in also works sometimes, doesn't work other times which makes the system extremely inconvenient. also the early check in system doesn't seem to scan passports that are not Canadian.

Easily the slowest check in experience out of all the airline apps. Please stop using Webviews. They're insecure and nonperformant. Each screen in the check-in flow takes almost a minute to load. During check-in, there was an error and I had to start over again. In addition, why is there only support for Apple Wallet and no support for Google Wallet passes? Also, we shouldn't have to click a button to add a boarding pass to the app, when we are already in the app to begin with.

This app used to be pretty good. Now, every time I try to add my boarding passes to the app after I've checked in, it takes me BACK to check-in. Also, even when I ask for the boarding passes to be emailed to me, they never arrive. This used to work, too. So,my only option for boarding passes is the print version at the airport.

What's new

With the latest update, you can add all your boarding passes during Check-In with the new 'Add All Guests' feature. You can also apply multiple discount codes to a single booking (when eligible) and access vacation tour details from the More tab. Plus, we've improved accessibility and personalization, bringing you more tailored offers and much more.
