Ratings and reviews

The app processes very slowly. While trying to complete a check-in via the app, it took more than 10 minutes to load the next page before I decided to give up. Additionally, during the seat change/selection menu, there is no seat map to even select changing a seat. This app felt like an incomplete product.

Why are you guys NOT DISPLAYING TSA Precheck on Boarding Pass after we enter the right number ? App is also very inconvenient to use and navigate. Even after check-in, HomePage shows Check-In. You need better developers and start showing TSA Precheck on boarding pass. Also there is no support for adding to Google Wallet. Stone Age Airline app.

Does not let you actually book. You can pick the dates, and the next screen just will not load anything besides the menu at the bottom. Horrible forced update. Why wouldn't you check functionality before force rolling it out? I could still book on the old version, and now I'm going to book on AC. Waste of my time.
