Talk about doing everything a business can think of to sour customers on their services. To log in, you need to request a code. The code arrives after the app has logged you out for inactivity. I hope they fire the idiot(s) who decided to make accessing your information almost impossible. Calling them has been so screwed up. It's quicker to walk to a location than it is to get through via the phone or the banking app. DO BETTER!!!

Sweet & Sour
The app/banking program is OK. It works fine most of the time, is usually pretty quick to load, etc. The only complaint I really have with this bank and app is the available balance part. Most places show the available balance in the checking account, with the pending transactions already accounted for and subtracted from the available balance shown. Not Westmark, though. They show the balance plus non-available funds, i.e., pending transactions, as the available balance. Frustrating.
