Does what you would expect. Keeps track of your spending and easy to load cash. Was charged by a Chase cash point $2 and then $2.25 withdrawal fee for a $100 withdrawal ( at Epcot) but only $2 for $200 earlier. So its not really worth it if saving the charges is what you want. But it is convenient and means you can buy petrol without having to have the card pre-approved at the kiosk.
15 April: tried to use the card twice in Spain, declined both times! 11 April, Loading with money is difficult and my transaction did not show up after 2 days of waiting. Travelling in 5 hours to Japan and still don't have my money transfered on my weswap account after 5 days. So I am so stressed and worried. Now it's holly week so they told me the service would be slower.
Great app. We couldn't manage without it and it's especially valuable given the interest rate at the moment, when you need to squeeze as much as you can out of a £1!
The idea is great but the app is badly implemented and not in par with what I expect nowadays. Plenty to be learned from apps like Monzo
WeSwap is a superb product and the app makes the concept so user friendly and controllable. Simply the best way to get foreign currency and manage your holiday spends.
Well hello there! Because Spring is coming we decided to do a bit of a clean-up of our app. You’ll probably notice the stylish new ‘More’ tab in the bottom navigation and our brand new Invite Friends page, making it even easier to get your friends involved. Of course, we also got pest control in to remove some of those pesky bugs you guys have reported. Welcome to the cleaner, sleeker than ever before, WeSwap.
