About this app

Keep up to date with your work schedule and the information you need to do your job, while on the move, with the ability to view rotas and receive real-time updates.

· View your up-to-date rota in real time.
· Receive alerts for any amendments made to your rota.
· Managers can publish rotas.
· Review your paid hours and time off.
· Receive messages directly from the Wethercentre.
· View news and information from the Wethercentre relevant to your role and location.
· View documents and policies relevant to your role and location.
· Access links to key systems.
· Help and support section.

To access your data, you will be required to sign in with your employee ID and password. If you are not registered on myJDW, you can register online or on the app – and will need the following:

· Your employee number (talk to your manager)
· The e-mail address which you have registered with us
· Your date of birth

I love the app, but having issues with it running slow and having to fresh install it once every 2 days to get it running at a usable speed. Also the keyboard is currently covering the message box on my chat so I can't see what I'm typing and my home buttons are covering the whole bottom section ive tried everything to fix it can this be looked at please ?

App has become slow and unusable. Training doesn't always show as completed despite doing multiple times.

Please update to the latest version of the app (46.0.32). If this does not solve your issue please reach out to your Duty Manager or myjdw@jdwetherspoon.co.uk with more information so we can take a closer look at this for you.

This app is no longer compatible with your device. Why would you update your app to make it incompatible with devices, staff now either have to be clocked in and out by a manager every shift or forced to buy a new phone. This should be compatible for everything so all your staff can use it. Or put clock in machines back in pubs. I won't be forced into buying new devices all the time. Shocking update.

The myJDW app now requires Android 11 or newer to meet security requirements. If your device is no longer supported, you can still log in through the myJDW website and use the Shift Clock App on tablets to clock in/out.
