After the latest app update, I can't log in; I get an identification error. Nothing helps. I've already changed my password, tried logging in from other phones and different browsers. No results! I can log in via the web page, but I can't clock in and out. You have to help me!

useless authentication canceled. Cannot even sign in. It's no good saying see your Duty Manager, as that won't fix the app. I have to jump through hoops just to clock in for my shift by using the browser. I won't hold my breath though and I'll get the same reply "see your duty manager". Utter trash

After the last few updates the app went from a delightful working app to a terrible mess. I have to uninstall and reinstall EVERY day just so I'm able to read and post to the chat. Switching menus freezes everything out, CQs are inaccessible, online learning is glitching and clocking in/out works half the time. Please scrap the updates and return it to how it was, it was absolutely fine. I'm using it on 2 phones and 1 tablet so it's definitely not my device.
