I've always loved this app but it went down for an update and there was no order confirmation. I then ordered it again at the bar and both turned up. This has happened more than once and ended up costing me 40 pounds (staff wouldn't give me a refund) and the two of us had to eat four meals. There needs to be a system in place to get cashback when ordering on the app, or shut the app down in general when it's updating.

The app is actually really good, but you have to order so far in advance to actually get a drink in a reasonable time. Service is usually so slow! Often, we watch people at the bar getting served so much quicker even after you've ordered on the app. The best advice is to just go to the bar.

recent update takes it back to a 4 as a number of issues were present. had problems ordering scampi as it wanted to know what side you wanted, but no way to enter it. Big problem is that for burgers no option is included to select side salad rather than chips so after ordering you have to go to the bar to get the order changed to side salad, defeating the whole point of the app.
