The WeWork app is exclusively for members, so you must have an account to access the app. Once logged in, WeWork members are able to:
• Book workspace or conference rooms where and how you need it
• Register guests, so the Community Team can greet them upon arrival
• Submit requests to the WeWork support team with any questions
• View and RSVP to member-exclusive WeWork events

Ratings and reviews

App is useless and cumbersome! I travel often and thus need to find buildings in other locations regularly. The search is complicated, not intuitve at all. Can't change from searching for a conference room to anything else. Get logged out on some clicks randomly. Cannot change "my building" but also don't have any information on it why or how it works. FAQ would be helpful! Error messages should contain more information. Can't find building on a map! Heard of GPS??? Switched to google maps.

Update: I saw a different error yesterday (incorrect credentials) so decided to uninstall and reinstall the app (probably the 5th time) and it worked. I was able to book desks. Thank you! Keeps asking me to login over and over again. I entered my credentials and it would just show me a glimpse of the dashboard before asking me to enter my credentials again. Gave up after the 10th time.

When I first signed on, the initial email I was using wasn't working. So I had to create a new account. Sometimes the posts are very slow to load. Finally, you can't copy text in your messages. This makes it very difficult when you need a translation. I have to manually type words I need translated or use the email notification (which defeats the whole purpose of having the app). Since you are a global company I think you might want to consider this feature (highlight and copy text).
