It still doesn't fallow Google's material design. The UI still looks like it's from a web browser. I can't swipe from the right to get the menu, instead they insist you tap the menu icon as you wait for the animation to complete itself. They keep using chezy gradients and inner-shadow graphics. They should implement flat designs and card-like menu items as Material design recommends. The back bouton was fixed but the app is still a 2 star looking app. Why does it have to load every time I want to check an account? I need a faster and more smooth expirience. Let's cut the lazyness because I can certainly see it. Look at Chase, PayPal, Bank of America, even has a better app than this. Let's go step up the game.
App used to work great but now wont let me make payments to my credit card. Gives me two options. Pay outstanding balance or enter payment amount. When I try to select one or the other the circle outline turns blue but the OK button does not activate so I can submit my selection/move to the next page. When I try to select "enter amount" no keyboard will pop up to let me type in an amount. Please fix this glitch!
The main thing I used this app for is the mobile deposit feature which now will not work. When you take a picture of your check it does not allow time to focus and snaps the picture. It NEVER comes out clear making it impossible to deposit your check which is extremely frustrating given I used to not have to go to the bank for anything and now I have to go every 2 weeks and wait in line with my kids to do something I used to be able to do on my phone in 30 seconds. Please fix this!
The mobile site doesn't give you the option of balances with transactions when they actually post not when the purchase was made or money deposited, so it's difficult to gauge what your balance was at certain times of purchase. I don't, and I believe that most people today don't use a check balancing book, so my point is that it would be nice if the app operated more like the website. Wellsfargo also doesn't give you the option of visiting the website from your phone.
I hate it ever since there so called updates because now I can not see my balances all they show is your deposits, card and check use or ATM withdrawals. This happens to me a lot so for example I use my card to make a payment to Verizon on 7/7/17 I'll see it on my account and my balance is $10 the next day I don't see the Verizon payment and my balance is $100 So I'm thinking ok my Verizon is paid I know I made a deposit. So I use my card then 2 days later I'm over drawn my Verizon payment pops up again and my card payment that I used cuz I had $100 to use. So what happens I end up owing Wells Fargo because now I'm over drawn so by the end of this month I'm switching to a different bank. Im tired of dealing with Wells Fargo at first I thought it was just me but talking to other different people the experience the same problem.
Terrible developer team, they have no more sense then a box of rocks. Tryed telling them there is a problem with selecting a payment option for the credit card VIA MOBILE APP , and that I had to make a payment threw the browser. They keep saying its my fault because ive already made a payment threw the browser, but BEFORE it WOULD NOT Let me make a payment threw the MOBILE APP. I wasnt having this problem before the latest update.
