Generally good but some manual control over the process of taking pictures of checks for mobile deposit is sorely needed. I routinely have to re take images because the camera jumps the gun and snaps before it can focus. Really gets old. Yes, I am taking the pictures in good lighting and at a proper distance. Maybe using a camera is too much for some people and you have to automate it for them? Not the case with this user....
This app has gone from a web page wrapper to a real Android application in latest update finally after years! They really should take a look at the Sound Credit Union app -- that one is excellent. It even has fingerprint authentication. Also would be wise for ALL bank apps to implement 2-factor authentication. Seems like a pretty serious security oversight considering.
While the app gets the basics done, it still has a lot of holes. The interface feels ugly, outdated, and slow. It could really use some Material Design influence. Basic features like fingerprint authentication are skipped and the app just feels lacking in polish.
The App was very practical, fast and responsive. With the new updated GUI and its gimmicky transition motions, it has become super slow to navigate and really unresponsive.
It would be nice to use fingerprint with the app. I really hate that mobile developers are so quick to give iOS users convenient features and completely ignore their Android users.
Always says no Internet connection now! Wants me to update the web view, but web view is disabledy and can't be enabled! Why is that only the WFB app has this problem? This app sucks!
