Mobile deposit works horribly. Takes photos automatically before waiting for your camera to autofocus. Only gets the deposit amount right 50% of the time. I have to go to the bank to deposit checks often because of how poor this app performs. I would recommend allowing the user to choose when to take the photos like it used to. Otherwise fix the behavior with the Honor 8. Also tell the user what amount it actually detects so you're not trying to guess why it thinks there's a difference.
For such a large bank, this app really is sub par. It's impossible to find common things on it like your last bank statement and is hard to navigate. I do love the new finger print access. It does well serving the purpose of telling how much money you have and seeing the list of recent transactions, but that's about all it is really good for. They should definitely invest in app dev and make it more complete like USAA's app.
The app works fine BUT it seems like it needs a new update every couple of weeks. That's really aggravating. I'll be out and about wanting to look at my account, but Oh wait! I can't because it needs an update that I won't be able to do till I'm back on Wi-Fi. Please stop requiring updates so often!
The mobile deposit feature of this app is frustrating. The app does not allow time to position the camera. It snaps the picture as you are moving the camera into position. Why not Give a manual shoot option? Oh yes, there is one but, you can't select it. You have to sit with the camera out of focus for nearly a minute before the app gives the option. × 2 for both sides of the check is more time than I am willing to wait. Please fix this. It makes sense, right?
Having trouble getting started. Login ok and then an email comes that says to login again to complete enrollment. There is no way to do that which I can see. Can't see a help menu either. May have to call instead which defeats the purpose. Fix it, guys.
This app is always having issues. I go to sign in and it says server down. I go to make a payment on my CC and it won't allow me to select any of the payment options. I do like having everything so organized and easily viewed but the rest of the functionality need to be addressed.
