It is Accessing Precise GPS Location, User's ContactList/PhoneBook. In our opinion these activities are Not Respectful Of User's Privacy Rights. Other aspects of this app is good. It is accessing Precise GPS Location, user's ContactList/PhoneBook, 3rd-party internet servers: Akamai, etc. In our opinion these activities r Not Respectful Of User's Privacy Rights. Other aspects of this app is Good & Useful. It doesn't collect browser-histry/app-list/log, Good :) User can copy-paste specific contact info, when user needs. User's IP-Adrs auto gives out approximate Loc & suffice to receive services. When app's dev/WellsFargo will improve & respect rights, then we will update this review.
I'm socially anxious I love not having to alway do banking face to face. The tellers are usually nice, but they're always trying to sale me on doing more than I came in for and don't want to deal with that pressure just to make a transaction. Sometimes the lines at the atms make me nervous too. The app suits my needs. Love it
Stopped working After the most recent update in September/October 2016, this app no longer works on my HTC M8. Please address this issue. The app loads and tells me the last time I logged on but then doesn't do anything else. Already cleared data/uninstalled/reinstalled. No effect.
Don't like it at all It is exactly like the website. Isn't more convenient. I understand the need to be logged out after a period of inactivity. But why interrupt my other apps to let me know? That annoying feature/pop up window that forces you to acknowledge the fact that you were logged out in the middle of EVERY thing else you are doing is disrespectful. Just log me out. I'll know when I try to go back to the app after the time is up.
Was working fine for months..then, unable to log on. I uninstalled, reinstalled...still nothing. I called Wells Fargo..they blamed the issue on my phone and my provider. I asked them how my wife, using the identical model phone (HTC One V) and the identical provider (Virgin Mobile) was able to log on without any issue The silence was deafening. Follow up ....it STILL SUCKS. Followup to Followup...Application STILL SUCKS...Almost impossible to do a mobile deposit. POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR !
After the October 12th Update. It's stopped working on my Xperia Z5 Compact. Just logs in, tells me my last login date and hangs/freezes, then android tells me It's not responding and offers to close it. I've tried clearing data and re-accepting permissions but nothing! But while it was working the interface was great and simple to use.
