I make a lot of online deposits. It used to work just great! Over the past couple of months I have been having severe issues trying to use this feature. They're the same checks I've been depositing for almost 2 years and suddenly the app isn't accepting the photos I'm taking. All 4 corners are visible - the app takes the photos automatically. I have tried 4 times already today, changed lighting, changed backgrounds, everything I can think, and it keeps rejecting my photos. I hope you can fix it!

Great app overall. Super intuitive and easy to use. Clearly labeled options make everything right where you think it would be. The problem Ive been having however (same as others I've read) is that I'm unable to view or download statements. It says "user has not granted permission to save file"....But I've give any permissions I was asked when installing and even uninstalled and reinstalled to be sure. Still doesn't work. Anyway...overall I'm happy with it but hopefully they can fix this.

If you’ve recently changed or denied permissions on your device, this may impact access to certain features within the Wells Fargo Mobile app that are needed to carry out particular banking capabilities. We recommend you call technical support at 1-800-956-4442 so we can try and assist. -Roger

Update January 2023. Navigation is now fixed. The new-look and layout is better. It's now 8 months later and they still have not fixed the back button issue on Android. The back button should take you to the previous screen not exit the program unless you're on the first screen. Removed one star. Works very well with a few exceptions. The one glaring problem is that the back button does not go back one screen It takes you out of the application. this is not how back button is supposed to work.
