This app used to be great to use.. now, not so much. It CONSTANTLY asks to update your info (like multiple times a day). If you cancel that screen it'll just try to load the next page and you'll just have to close and reopen the app. Same happens if you do update (with the same info that DOESN'T need to be updated.) This has been happening for months now. It's beyond frustrating and to the point where I'm really considering changing banks. It should NOT be this hard to check your bank account.

The app is much easier to use than it used to be. It is secure and I haven't seen any actual technical issues the entire time I have used it. My only issue is that sometimes, if you just switch to another app, when your authentication times out, it'll interrupt whatever you're doing to let you know you've been signed out. In most cases, it's only a mild annoyance, but in some, it can interrupt crucial or time-sensitive tasks. Overall, it does everything you need a bank app to do flawlessly.

Love having the app. Once you can get to your accounts it's a great app BUT every time you sign it it wants to update your contact information. We don't change that information hourly so why have it ask at every log in. THEN if you click "cancel" it has the loading circle going but nothing happens. You just sit there watching it. I always have to close it and log back in. Very annoying! Hopefully that can be fixed.
