It was better before it was redesigned. Now the Search function doesn't work when I am searching for specific transactions by keywords using the app. I hit Go and it just stares at me. I tried the search function on the home page to just search for anything and it worked fine. I don't like that you can't adjust your Bill Payees on the app and that you have to use the website. Sometimes transactions show up as posted on the website but not on the app which makes it frustrating to trust if the app is accurate or not. Also there is no specific spot in the app to get help with the app itself. Where do we send bugs that we find? I don't to keep coming back to the Play Store to look for the developer contact info.
Not sure what the issue is exactly but I've had this issue twice now and I don't think its a coincidence anymore. My phone will have a decent amount of charge left, somewhere in the 40's the first time and maybe around upper 30's this time, and out of nowhere my phone will restart and once it's booted up I'll get a pop up saying Wells Fargo isnt responding and my battery will be 4% (this time) or 5% (the last time). The issue is is that I dont even have the app open at all when this happens. The app is nice to use but whatever this issue is it needs to be fixed.
The app was great til this last update. There is some lightbulb looking thing on my checking & saving acct summaries. I can't find a way to get rid of it. Its in the way & quite unnecessary. I will delete the app & go back to paper. Remove this thing please.
It seems this app was designed 10 years ago... it don't have finger scanning for login or remembers password... and go for rewards always gives me a while blank screen
Very easy to use app. However, the addition of the blue notification bulb is very distracting. It makes it difficult to see balance and transaction information because you have to keep scrolling to make it go away. There has to be a better place to put that notification bulb.
The app has such potential! However, it does not accept check photos. That seems critical in today's banking. The photos looked great, followed directions of the WF App with precision, tried several times to submit photos and the only message given was "We are unable to process your photos." No explanation why or what is wrong, just a link to start over. After multiple attempts, I called the line for WF OnLine Banking & the banker had just received a similar call from someone else. She called the tech people & they are working on "something." Hard to do business with a bank whose mobile app is not working and the nearest branch is well over a 100 miles away!
