What can I say... Good if you need to know your balance and transfer money. Not too advanced and may need to uninstall and re install as it does not recognizes your passwords.
This app worked perfectly until the latest forced update. Now the check deposit feature is useless due to it trying to be smarter than you. Now it rejects checks for no endorsement even when plainly labeled FOR DEPOSIT ONLY IN THE ACCOUNT OF (account holder). Totally useless. I will cancel my credit card and my accounts if you dont fix this.
The app functions well, but wells Fargo's customer service is far too poor to rate it any higher. The issues I've had as a customer of 4 years are equally frustrating as they are numerous. If you have an account at Wells fargo already, the app isn't bad. However the much more sensible decision would be to close your account immediately and bank anywhere else that has mobile banking.
It still doesn't fallow Google's material design. The UI still looks like it's from a web browser. I can't swipe from the right to get the menu, instead they insist you tap the menu icon as you wait for the animation to complete itself. They keep using chezy gradients and inner-shadow graphics. They should implement flat designs and card-like menu items as Material design recommends. The back bouton was fixed but the app it still a 2 star looking app. Why does it have to load every time I want to check an account? I need a faster and more smooth expirience. Let's cut the lazyness because I can certainly see it. Look at Chase, PayPal, Bank of America, even has a better app than this. Let's go step up the game.
This app is an excellent app and can do most of the things get done. Please add the fingerprint login in it which will be highly appreciated. Putting username and password and this day and age, making things slow. That should only be on a computer but in a mobile device where everything is fast and all should be easy
Since the last update, it will NOT give me access to my accounts without resetting my username and password and then, it will tell me that the service to reset is unaccesible and to try again later. Why have this application on my phone, if I have to go on my home computer and access my accounts everytime? PLEASE BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS UPDATE AND GET RID OF THE LAST ONE. I'm un-installing it.
EVERY single time I try to make a deposit, I can NEVER make it on the first attempt. Usually I have to restart my phone and , sometimes, even uninstall and reinstall the app. I've tried with different phone companies and different phones, and it is always the same. And it gets worse proportionally with the closer it gets to deposit cut off time.
