The WorkProud app is a mobile, social, global communications and engagement service that aligns a company’s core values, goals, and objectives with the individual aspirations of employees. You are able to combine the use of multiple program types, such as monetary and non-monetary Recognition, Milestones, Innovation, D&I, WellBeing, Referrals under a single, unified employee experience. The end result is a ‘WorkProud Culture’, where you’re proud of your work and proud of your company.

As an employee, the WorkProud interface allows you to demonstrate appreciation for your fellow workers, provide positive onboarding and milestone recognition, and participate in various inclusion, referral, well-being, innovation, and performance programs.

As a manager, the WorkProud app allows you to provide consistent, individualized, or team rewards and recognition. You are able to interact with your team—regardless of geography—and provide monetary or non-monetary recognition that goes a long way to build and promote a culture of gratitude for work well done.

Ratings and reviews

The app has some opportunities for improvement, there seems to be a bug when looking up employees that are registered on the site. It doesn't provide the full list. If that worked properly than I would use this more. It defeats the value of timely recognition when you then have to pivot to using the desktop version to find the folks you want to recognize.

Android- The app is accessing my photo gallery in reverse chronological order, causing me to have to scroll through every picture I have ever taken to get to the one I just took. Also it is listing all the videos at the bottom of my gallery listing, again instead of listing them in chronological order. As a result, I am forced to use the built-in camera function as my only option for posting pics (and then the pictures don't save to my gallery). I am running Galaxy S20 on Android 11 One UI 3.0
