Lots of information
I downloaded this app with a mind to purchase the full one if I found it useful in identifying birds. Unfortunately I found it unhelpful. I didn't see a way to sort the birds in a manner that assists identification, like color or perching or water. All I saw were thumbnail pictures that weren't even photos (which I find more accurate). I did like the rather detailed info ( the bird calls are nice) you can access once you've determined what you're looking at. May work for some but just not what I wanted.
Start app, after a few seconds get "unfortunately ibird lite has stopped". + "report" "ok" at bottom of screen, select report, nothing happens. Older version (3.1) works great on my obsolete phone.
I am amazed by how responsive and intuitive iBird's user interface is. I only installed the free sampler version, but I am so impressed that I will be back for iBird Pro.
A great reflection of the full app
I like the calls and maps
