Hello WhatsApp Team, I'm facing an issue with WhatsApp Business. Whenever I try to send a song to a customer and search for the song name, the app suddenly crashes and closes. This happens repeatedly, making it difficult for me to share files with my customers. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

1. There should be a feature for saving videos contacts save on status directly instead of always going to status saver or screen recording or begging please send😭😂 2. Another feature for having a play track for a video posted on status. so that if you didn't get one thing, you can go back instead of replaying from the beginning 3. Stop reducing picture and video quality😭 Business Whatsapp is a great app. let's make it better

Lately, I don't know what's happening to my WhatsApp business app, I can't post, I can't repost, statuses don't load, the only working is I only receive messages when they come in, that's all. I'd have to wait over 13-15 seconds after clicking the record button before it even starts recording. And yes, I've updated it so many times, it's frustrating....
