Hi. I'm not entirely happy with the new update. I preferred that we saved new numbers before opening their messages like before. Secondly, we no longer have the option of "Add to contacts > Add to existing contacts", please bring that back it's a struggle to leave the app and having to manually do it on contacts especially when it's a lot of people. Thank you.

I don't know how to put this, but your quality is terrible, especially when I'm posting videos on my status. At least when I'm sending to someone I have an option to send HD can't you put that option when posting on a status too? Your App is great but how our content lose quality when we're posting it's terrible and it's bad for business! please improve!!!!

WhatsApp is great but I feel it can be improved on. Firstly, it's now a bit of a challenge to access files when posting a status. Previously, files were arranged on WhatsApp the way it's been stored on the file folder and you could simply access a particular pic or video. Now though, pictures and videos are clustered into "recents" then a few folders. Secondly, it's really frustrating when we post a status update and the quality of the video or pic reduces drastically! Please improve on this!
