Since the app update I've not been able to verify my payment card or add a new one, I don't even get to a bank 3DS screen before it errors out with a message to contact customer support. Did that, not heard anything back since. Edit: the app has now been updated and now all looks good - looking forward to Wheely continuing with the 5* service!

Couldn't even finish signing up. Most major US credit cards are not accepted due to 3DS limitations with our banks... Even if I did manage to get the card loaded in the app, I'd have to call my bank to pre-approve every single ride. No thanks.

The Drivers have obviously been advised/trained to have a certain etiquette when picking up Wheely customers, even though they obviously have the Uber model and therefore are likely to work with all the other apps. Very good service
