I use it with the car Bluetooth. If the app is running, it 100% recognizes the parking event. If it is not running, it misses the parking event 1 out 3 times! So, to get a sure results, before locking your car, look at your phone and make sure the app is running. Then, lock your car. Also, you cannot directly send the location of your car to a mapping app (e.g. Google Maps). But the trick is to use the share button in the app to text the location to yourself. The map link is in the text.

Very good app, but the graphic that marks the spot is a big ugly gray rectangle, not so easy to find in a busy map. Also, GPS itself is not that accurate inside a big city; sometimes my car is around the corner. And for me, about 2% off the time it fails to update with the latest spot. (That may be my phone's or car's failure.) Mainly, I'd really prefer a hard date and time stamp instead of the relative "6 hours ago".

Was looking for a way that my wife and I could park the car and the other could find it. This works pretty well. We both connect to the car with Bluetooth. I logged into the app on my phone and my wife's with the same login. When one of us parks it shows on both phones. Pretty cool.
