This is really cool, cute, and I applaud the idea. However, I do wish that the child's name could be edited from one story to the next for those of us with multiples in the same age group. My daughter loved it but my son felt left out and then she was in her feelings when he enjoyed his time in the whimsifull spotlight. I seem to recall they were working on developing multiple character stories though and with that roll out I'd move to 5 stars! The support team was excellent as well! Thanks!

Hi Jessica, Thanks for the review, we appreciate it so much! We wanted to let you know that we are releasing our new app soon and this will include multiple profiles. So each child will be able to setup their own character with their name and get all the content under 1 single account. Hope this helps.

I am Very disappointed ! I started a membership in Aug of 2021 and have been being charged monthly for the SAME 2 STORIES!! The app would not open for over a week so I couldn't access anything. I uninstalled it & reinstalled only to NOT be able to log back in ! I am NOT happy!! THIS is why I NEVER pay for an app!! Buyer beware!!

The story is super cute and my daughter really enjoyed it. My daughter's name wasn't pronounced correctly in the video, but customer service responded in just 5 minutes to my comment promising to fix it! App is easy to use so little fingers can't accidently mess things up. Good product, great service!
