My aplliance is not listed and no other option to find it. It is connected to my wifi but no way to find it. Not sure of the serial number since it was installed by someone else. This app is just a waste of time. Lost 2h of my life for a smart app that is silly as hell!

App is no longer connecting to my wall stove. Stove was working well before the update, since the replacement App. came out it does not allow me setup. Now I am not able to use WiFi connected appliances. Worst update I have seen.

In reality this app is as bad a the wireless setting on the machine. The app never sees my washer, and the washer never connect to my wireless network; all this companies have the same problem; lousy programmers that do their apps. What? They don't have enough money to spend in a good programmer?
