Ratings and reviews

Used to be good before they updated it and broke it. Now it fails to record some historical data, showing blank spots in the historical database every evening. Tech support is useless. All I got was a canned response that did not address the issue, and then they ghosted me when I tried to follow up with them. Basically, the app is buggy and they don't care.

This app is awesome and their product is simply plug and play and you let it run in the background doing it's thing. If you live in an older home like I do this provides an extra piece of mind, on top of adding live monitoring and logging of events to do with the electric. This helps with seeing how long outages last, seeing local outages, and even has an option to add another person to your account so they can be called and receive emails if an event happens or Ting is calling for a fire risk!

This is a review for newest version of the app. It is still not good - I cannot remove the useless sections from home page like "nearest outage" - why do I need to know about it if my power is fine? The "explore" section is also useless, why can't I remove it? Same goes for "recommended" section. Also, while the app added "frequency" graph - it still doesn't allow exporting the data from previous days, it can only allow me to look at the graph on app itself.
