App looks nice enough, but didn't work for check-in. I checked in on the app, followed the instructions, but the terminals in the hotel then just kept saying they couldn't find my booking so couldn't issue my key. So then I had to go to the desk and she said words to the effect of, "Oh we've not finished setting up the app, you still have to check in manually." So why did the app tell me I was checked in, and why did the terminals tell me I just didn't have a booking at all? Half-baked.

It doesnt synch or update all bookings, often you cannot ammend even though its a flexible booking. No ability to book early arrival or arrange late check out! Not good Premier... not good!

we have stayed at countless premier inns since covid but it was told at this one you need to ask a reception to have your room clean it's the your policy barely enough toilet paper for the first night and no more the next day wear it we are rethinking whether we should stay at premier Inn anymore if this is the standard would have left this review online but your app doesn't recognise your own postcode and address for this hotel
