Loyal Wow, 9 years of uninterrupted service with MetroPCS and I get nothing!! Nada! Zip! Zero! Zilch! Not even an acknowledgement, even when I relocated and changed my number! One fell swoop, I didn't miss a beat. Time to rethink my service provider. Newbies to the network get INCREDIBLE BENEFITS, OPTIONS AND OFFERS. Meanwhile, NINE years with same network provider and I keep losing benefits! Not only loyal, I've always paid for the biggest and expensive plan. Time to upgrade!! :(
Over charging I paid for monthly subscription, unlimited searches on metro411. When I search a number I still get charged $1.99 for a single search. When I tap on pay for unlimited, it comes up already a paid subscription. Manage subscriptions. I have emailed support and still no response.
Ripped me off for the last 2 months Worked great for the first month but, even though I've been charged for the last two months and have emails saying I'm subscribed, i'm still asked to pay for premium searches. Have deleted app data in app settings on my phone, restored my previous subscription in app, and even attempted to subscribe again(a notification popped up saying that I was already subscribed) have sent two emails to customer service which haven't been replied to. Would give 5 stars if I could use it again.
The metro PCs apps suck..can't pay online and they charge an extra $3.00 to walk in store and pay. The app is crappy. The metro PCs company shows how valued each of us is by ripping us off $3.00 a month each ever month. I can not wait to switch to Verizon.
Complaint Been with you 10 years. You all only give specials to New customers.. loyal customers don't get discounts... You'll don't have family plans... I'm considering leaving you'll and going to cricket if it doesn't change
Anything Metro pcs forces you to have this bullshit app I hate every app metro pcs forces onto you. They all fail and never work properly.
