Connectivity issues won't let me access my info in the tracker section. Not sure if it's temp app glitch or because I'm running Android 7.0 now?

Unhappy They need to fix the app so that you can check on more than one case, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to check on my other case.
Just what I was looking for I wanted to see how many times I had used my card (and how much longer til it expires). All this app required was my first and last name and I had that info. Great job Shire!
Great! This app allowed me to find out the status my application within 3 minutes of installing it, just two days after having submitted the application!
Doesn't update info My tracker constantly says application incomplete and patient info missing. I have called Shire and they have assured me that my application is complete. It also doesn't sync correctly with my phone calender (it shows all of my appointments a day early!) I think this app is a wonderful idea and would be a great app if the info was correct!
