After a few tries I was able to open it. It kept closing and/or not responding. When I did get it open, it was empty. I was under the impression there was an encyclopedia of different animals I could find in my area. It sucks bcuz I REALLY wanted this app to work, I REALLY wanted the other reviews to be wrong. But, I understand now why it has 1.8 stars. Very unfortunate. The website is really nice quality, so it's kinda surprising. I gave 2 stars bcuz I have hope they'll fix it.

Not the kind of identifier I was looking for. You can look up pictures of scat, & upload pics, but you can't have them analyzed. 5 STARS for customer service, tho. Emailed a pic of scat (& my disappointment about the function of the app) & they responded promptly with their best guess & some recommendations on how to use the app. It is still not quite the app I'm looking for but I certainly appreciate the quick response time & the answer to my query over the weird scat in my "backyard". Peace.

I downloaded the app and 1st it says upon opening "Whopoo has stopped working. Then I go to open it again and it closes automatically but asks me about my location preferences. I click my selection and open the app for the 3rd time. Nothing appears to load. But I didnt get discouraged and went to upload a photo of a pile poo that I been finding consistently then shocker! the app wants me to tell it what species it is from. I'm like seriously? If I knew that I wouldn't of downloaded this app!

What’s new

This new build includes a scat and track identification feature in the notifications section. User profiles will have to be created for direct identification via notifications. Worldwide map identification has also been added. Bug fixes and minor improvements are also included.
