Does not honour my "rotation = fixed portrait" setting, constantly switches to landscape. Not even sure how that is possible. Would really appreciate a setting to disable the constant request for GPS permissions. Every time I open the app to sign in, it asks for GPS and every time I deny it. Why not remember my denial? If I was not required to use this app for work, it would be uninstalled.

Hi there, we thoroughly appreciate the feedback. It would be great if you could send this feedback to us from the in-app function so that we can accurately log it, raise it with our development team, and possibly see some of this implemented in the future. If you're not sure how, just get in touch with us at support@whosonlocation.com

Respect my preferences! Irritating app 😂 every time I put my phone down it changes to landscape, if I put my phone down when signing in, after I've clicked the button, it switches to landscape and cancels the sign-in, then some prick has a moan at you for not signing in... Even I bloody didcan you please just make it use the system rotation lock setting or add a new setting in the menu for portrait mode.

They claim app needs location info - So below reply was as expected, location data is one of the key elements of privacy - firstly there is a hit to your battery while it continuously poles the GPS to establish where you are, then they claim you can disable it in the permissions - which is fine however this forced requirement must be removed. I refuse to be required to go into everyone's phone and manually disable location sharing just because they can't design this app with an option to disable

Hi Phil, while it's required to allow location access originally to use the app, you can revoke this at any time. This is simply for ease of use, as the most useful features of the app require location data. No location data is stored on our servers unless allowed by your account settings. For more info, please contact support@whosonlocation.com.
